Since we're just starting out, we currently only ship within the EU. Shipping can vary between €5,95 and €15,oo and will be calculated at checkout. Since most items are hand-made on order. One can expect a production time of 1-3 weeks before shipping. Please be aware of this and plan accordingly.

You will receive tracking details as soon as your package ships. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your delivery status. For any questions regarding your package’s exact location, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as we have access to the same tracking information as you.

Once your order has shipped, Wigwell is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable for undeliverable packages.

Returns

We truly hope you love our products! However, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please e-mail info@wigwell.nl within 14 days of receiving your package. To process your request, you’ll need the original shipping box, packing slip, and photos as proof. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Once you submit our contact form, our customer service team will assist you and provide any necessary return instructions. Please be aware that custom-made products are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service that insures the value of the goods and returning them in the original shipping box.
